I Graduated!

Hello Friends!

Yesterday was quite the day. I walked in my universities commencement ceremony and graduated with a BA in my school’s liberal arts department. I could not be more proud of myself! I’m also kind of weirded out by the fact that I’m currently sitting at home with not much to do besides unpack, clean my room, eat food that I don’t have to pay for (bless) and find a job. That last bit is kind of a bummer. It’s also strange that I won’t be going back to school in September.

I truly don’t think this entire situation has hit me head on just yet, but I could not be happier that I had the full support of my family there to cheer me on. Here are some photos taken on my mother’s Canon Eos Mark 3. She’s a professional photographer and really came through!

Here are some of my favorites.

I’ll write again soon! Once I really realize what just happened.

Until next time,

Bella 🙂

I Did It Again!

Hi friends!

Recently, I uploaded pictures from a photoshoot around the area of my university, and I got really positive feedback!

I went on a school trip to the beautiful Los Angeles not too long ago and my room mate brought along her camera, so naturally, we decided to have some fun in the lovely city of Venice Beach, California.

I had a lot of fun on this trip, and love the way these photos turned out.

Small side note: I graduate college this Friday, May 12th. And yes, I am indeed puking. One thing for sure, is I will probably be blogging ALOT more, because what else will I do, right?

See ya real soon,

Bella 🙂

Food Festivals~Happy Bella

Hey Friends!

I don’t know about you all, but I am a huge fan of festivals and fairs. Anything that brings a town together with tents full of merchandise and unique foods from various areas. I love exploring new vendors and trying new things.

Let’s just add indulging in food festivals under my list of favorite things to do.

This past weekend, my room mate and I decided to explore one of our favorite areas: New Hope and Lambertville. We desperately needed to celebrate finishing our final undergraduate classes ever. (Did I mention I’m graduating soon??? Send help….) We were just walking through the town, and crossed the bridge into Lambertville, and stumbled upon festivities! It was called Shad Fest. This festival consumed most of the cute and tiny little streets of Lambertville. Tents stretched for blocks and blocks. Eventually after walking for a bit, we came onto the food section. Being a college student, and solely eating at the dining commons on our campus, the idea of food coming from the outside world THRILLS us. We went ham.

Taking time for ourselves to have a little fun before rushing back for our studies was just the necessary medicine we needed. If you happen to be in the midst of finals week like I am, just remember that everything is temporary. So give it your all and it’ll be over before you know it!

This is a quote I’ve come to live by, which I feel really sums up my outlook on life. And it is also the quote I will be putting on my graduation cap for commencement.

Until next time~

Bella 🙂
