Hello Friends. I haven’t written in 25 days. So basically, what else is new.
Well I’m back with another blog post. I don’t even really know what I want to say. All I know is I’ve had a crappy day (you know those kind of bad days that will probably continue into tomorrow?) and I wanted to do something to make myself feel better. I decided that in an attempt to cheer myself up, I’m going to reminisce about a pure and wonderful time in my life: the solo trip I took to London to visit my sister this past summer. I may have regrets in my life but this is certainly not one of them. Travel is a pleasure in life that helps me free my mind and allows me to figure things out from a whole new perspective. If I could get on a plane right now, I would.
I’m going to share some of my favorite moments from my trip in the form of photos below.
So, those are just a few of the hundreds of photos I took on my trip. Sometimes, looking back on happy memories or moments in life can lighten up even the worst of days. Instagram is even doing a #100happydays challenge where you must find and take a photo of something that made you happy every single day. It’s a worthy challenge I may consider taking on.
What helps you when you’re feeling really down? I’m curious to see how other’s deal with bad days.
